Paul W. McVay
Mr. McVay, age
serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the company and
is a member of its Board of Directors. He is currently President and CEO and member
of the Board of Directors, of ACMG, Inc. Mr. McVay has 30 years experience in the
field of healthcare. He held the position of President and Chief Executive Officer
of ACMG, now a subsidiary of ACMG, Inc. In his former position with ACMG, Mr.
McVay was responsible for management and the overall operations of ACMG and its
subsidiary companies. Mr. McVay has held positions as Chief Operating Officer for
All Care, Inc; Vice President, Operations for Summit Health Care HMO; and, Director
of Operations for Health Plus, Inc. HMO.
Charles P. Duncan, CPA
Mr. Duncan, age
serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company and
is a member of its Board of Directors. He has 23 years of experience in the field
of healthcare management. He held the position of Chief Financial Officer of ACMG,
Inc., now a subsidiary of ACMG, Inc. In this capacity Mr. Duncan was responsible
for the overall financial operation and acted as CFO of ACMG’s managed care clients.
Mr. Duncan has also held various management positions with All Care, Inc.; Blue
Cross and Blue Shield of Indiana; Health Maintenance Plan of Indiana (a Blue Cross
and Blue Shield HMO); and, Senior Accountant with Deloitte & Touche, LLP.
